Since we first opened our doors in 1967, Automotion has been designing and manufacturing conveyor. And along with that experience, we have also managed to build quite a reputation for producing some of the most complete and flexible conveyor and sortation lines in the industry.

Currently, Automotion produces (6) types of conveyors. They range from the low cost of the gravity conveyor to the low energy consumption of the AutoRoll motor driven conveyor.
Each of these conveyors are designed to safely and efficiently transport and/or accumulate totes or cases. Many lines are modular and have pre-engineered figures to simplify the design process. Plus, all conveyor can be ordered with Automotion's patented anti--static paint solution.

In order to suit a variety of design requirements and budgets , Automotion has (7) types of sortation conveyors available. Each sorter has different throughput rates, space requirements, and costs associated with them.
Our sorters operate at rates of low (>30 cpm), medium (30-100 cpm), and high (<100 cpm) and have divert angles of 30°, 45°, and 90°. Controls range from manual to computer controlled.
